How It Works

1. You need to submit either the short contact form or the full pre-qualification application to us so that we can get started looking at your loan. If you want to simply speak with one of our representatives then the short contact form will suffice; however, if you need your loan funded soon we would suggest filling out the pre-qualification application.

2. If your loan fits within our guidelines then we will have one of our underwriters contact you in order to begin the formal underwriting process.

3. If you loan doesn’t fit within our guidelines then one of our representatives will assist you with preparing and packaging your loan so that it can be presented to the lenders within our network that are most likely to fund your request. Our pre-qualification application satisfies the requirements of almost all of our affiliate lenders so you will not have to fill out all of the paperwork more than once.

4. If one of our affiliate lenders is willing to fund your loan and you would like us to continue assisting in the process then we negotiate a fee with you depending on the amount of work that you would like our team to do and that fee will be paid out of the proceeds of the loan.
